Lena is a Germany national,
Well experienced with golden hand of working with the youth and children plus other vulnerable groups of people.
She has been to some of African countries and because of the love she has for Uganda, helping and supporting vulnerable groups worked hard to initiate or start BTCC.
Being a co-founder of BTCC, she is in charge of international relations, and offers technical advice to the board of the organization.

As a civil engineer,
Magoscha works in the wind energy sector and is driving the green energy transformation for the generations to come with her passionate style of working on commercial and research projects
Since 2018, she has been a member of the Better Tomorrow Community Centre (BTCC), where she is in charge of mobilizing resources
She is very dedicated to organizing development and helping the underprivileged, particularly by actively supporting and propagating the empowerment of vulnerable young girls in Uganda and giving them the possibility to pave their way to a meaningful future through educational development and professional support.

Mag. Jeanette Schaffer

Jeanette is from Vienna/Austria
She has conducted researches on alcohol and drug abusive themes, concentrated on use and abuse same like the cultural and social backgrounds of various groups in various countries.
Because of a special connection to Uganda she started in 2011 with some fieldwork on drug related topics and decided to conduct research for her final diploma for university.
Jeanette is experienced, with a greatl understanding of vulnerable kids and youths, their problems and social backgrounds.
As of now a board member of Better Tomorrow Community Center (BTCC) and besides offers technical advises of operating of the facility.
Further still Jeanette works with Caritas in a place for homeless and drug addicted youths. She is very much interested on the health benefits of plants around the world.

Esther Ssendagala

Board Member
One of the board members of Better Tomorrow Community Center (BTCC),
Esther currently works as Dean of Students at Kayiwa University, and most of time provides proper direction of BTCC.
She also holds a coaching certificate from Uganda Netball Federation and certificate in sports management acquired from Uganda Olympics committee.
Her skills are very vital at supporting the girl at the center.

Ibrahim has served in different organizations like but not limited to Uganda Youth Development link, (UYDEL), Baylor Uganda, SOMERO Uganda and Reach Out Mbuya HIV/AIDS Initiative.
While working with the above mentioned organizations he has accumulated experience in working with children, youth, adults and elderly plus other vulnerable group in different categories.
Together with Lena Ostermann a Germany national came up with the idea of starting this organization after identifying the need of supporting vulnerable young people who were facing challenge of attending school and other social issues in their day to day life.
